Akna Mumtaz Ilmi, S.T.

Research Associate

Specializing in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), focusing in sanitation systems and groundwater microbial contamination linked to antimicrobial resistance (AMR). His expertise includes conducting field studies and applying advanced analytical techniques such as DNA extraction and sequencing with the ONT MinION kit to trace sources of microbial contamination in water bodies. His ongoing research aims to provide actionable insights into the intersection of public health, sanitation, and environmental sustainability.

Dinda Fauzani, PhD.

Researcher Principle

Environmental engineer and project manager experienced in climate change mitigation, emission management, and sustainable development. Her strategic leadership roles also serves as Assistant Deputy for Emission Management in Energy and Mineral Resources for the Association of Carbon Emission Experts Indonesia (ACEXI) and working with Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs in the Indonesia Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) Secretariat.

Karina Rizky Aulia, S.E.

Accounting and Tax Officer

Among her experiences, she is skilled in implementing projects, identifying potential risks, optimizing financial management by integrating digital technologies, and conducting feasibility studies related to greenhouse gases. Her interest in technology and finance drives her to contribute to optimizing research development with efficiency and effectiveness.

Carissa Eukairin, S.T.

Research Associate / Business Development

Dedicated to advancing waste management systems by integrating technical solutions with social and economic strategies. Contributed to projects including co-designing TPS 3R systems, promoted IoT solutions for Black Soldier Fly (BSF) environments and conducted a feasibility study on waste collection points in Tangerang and founding Waste Wisdom ID, Carissa is building a platform to inspire young environmental professionals to explore waste management through systemic, solutions-oriented approaches.

Immanuela Karina, S.T., M.T.

Research Assistant

Specialization includes water and waste water engineering, advanced water and wastewater treatment technology, as well as microbial emerging contaminants. Currently involved in the Generasi Cerdas Lingkungan project, an education program on water resilience for children of elementary school.

Berlin My Anggelita, S.M.

Finance Division Head

Responsible for managing financial reporting and implementing cost management initiatives to drive operational efficiency. Professional with diverse expertise in finance, research, and community engagement. Junior Researcher at DSM Lab, where she analyzes large datasets to investigate customer satisfaction at Surabaya’s major train stations. Using Convergence of Iterated Correlations (CONCOR) analysis, she provides actionable insights to improve public service quality. .

Murni Amalia R, S.Si, M.Appl.Sc.

Communication Officer

Communicating activities of the organization. Initially working on the environment in the mining industry, now branched out to marketing and content making through various fields. Also experienced in fields such as travel, media, art, fashion retail, and everything on the side.

Anni Yusnida Siregar, S.E.

General Affairs & Project Administration

Responsible for the vital role as a support system for the foundation's activities. In addition to handling administration, Anni also supports the organization’s socialization efforts to foster stronger teamwork. A graduate in accounting with a focus on taxation, Anni currently assists with administration as well as finance.

Human Resources Division Head 

A seasoned HR professional with over 24 years of experience in HR operations, specializing in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR administration. Her career has been shaped by roles in formal financial institutions. She is passionate about building effective teams, streamlining HR processes, and supporting organizations through practical, people-focused solutions.

Fayza Ardani, S.T.

Research Assistant

A motivated environmental engineer and enthusiast with a primary interest in water engineering. Latest research was related to membrane separation process of antibiotic resistant genes in wastewater. Currently a research assistant and working on data on reducing GHG emissions in Indonesia's sanitation sector.

Rioneli Ghaudenson, S.T., M.T.

Sr. Research Lead / Business Development 

PhD student Civil Engineering study program / Env Enginering specialization Universitas Indonesia. Specializing in water sanitation, hygiene, and climate resilience. His previous work includes participating in a project in collaboration with the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Bristol to assess the current community-managed rural water supply system climate resilience in Indonesia. Recent research focuses on the water quality implications and monitoring of intermittent water supply in community-managed rural water supply, emphasising on the proliferation of antimicrobial resistance.

Nurannisa Shaleha, S.T.

Research Associate 

MSc Student Env Enginering study program Universitas Indonesia. An environmental engineer currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field at Universitas Indonesia. Interested in management system auditing with professional experience in corporate management system implementation, particularly environmental quality management. Certified as a General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Expert and Internal Auditor for ISO management systems.

Betanti Ridhosari, S.T., M.T.

Research Associate 

PhD student Civil Engineering study program / Env Enginering specialization Universitas Indonesia. An environmental engineer and lecturer focusing on water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), and sustainable environmental management. She has contributed to multiple collaborative projects related to safe drinking water, wastewater management, sanitation behaviour, and carbon footprint assessment.

Advisor

Dr. Cindy Rianti Priadi is an environmental engineer with over 15 years of experience in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) and water quality in surface as well as groundwater. Since completing her doctoral research in 2007, she has led and collaborated various national and international research grants and development projects. Her current research focuses on climate impacts, sustainability, and education, addressing pressing challenges in urban and rural water systems.

Lecturer with 15 years of experience in environmental studies. Expertise encompasses crafting impactful lecture content, mentoring aspiring scholars, and conducting rigorous research in environmental impact assessment.
