CEST (Collective for Climate, Environment & Sustainability) invites individuals passionate about learning, collaborating, and contributing through research to join our team.<\/p>

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:<\/p>

  • Research Analyst<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.<\/li>
    2. Develop findings, interpretations, and recommendations.<\/li>
    3. Prepare research reports and presentations.<\/li>
    4. Collaborate with team members and partners.<\/li>
    5. Support the Business Development Division.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

      • \u00a0Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Forestry, or a related field.<\/li>
      • At least 2 years of research experience is an advantage.<\/li>
      • Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.<\/li>
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with project management applications is an advantage.<\/li>
      • Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, R, Python, or similar programs is an advantage.<\/li>
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>
      • Strong administrative and documentation skills.<\/li>
      • Excellent communication and coordination skills.<\/li>
      • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.<\/li>
      • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.<\/li><\/ul>

        • Research Assistant<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul>

          \u00a0<\/p>

          Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

          1. Support the implementation of research activities.<\/li>
          2. Assist in data collection and management.<\/li>
          3. Help with data analysis and report preparation.<\/li>
          4. Document research activities and project administration.<\/li>
          5. Support the Business Development Division.<\/li><\/ol>

            \u00a0<\/p>

            Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

            • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.<\/li>
            • Strong administrative and documentation skills.<\/li>
            • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with project management applications is an advantage.<\/li>
            • Excellent communication and coordination skills.<\/li>
