This includes developing concepts, identifying relevant stakeholders, and preparing agendas. During implementation, we provide facilitation and moderation support to ensure discussions run effectively and achieve clear outcomes. We also support coordination among stakeholders and help create structured dialogue processes. After the activities, we assist with documentation and knowledge products. This includes summary reports, event documentation, policy dialogue briefs, and other materials to capture key insights and recommendations. 

Engagement Design 

• Define purpose and format of engagement activities aligned with research or program objectives.
• Identify and prioritize relevant stakeholders to ensure the engagement process is represented and involves the right actors in the decision making deliberation. 
• Developed structured agendas and session formats to guide discussions and capture actionable inputs.

Facilitation & Implementation

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support structured discussions, capacity building, and input for program or policy development. 
• Provide moderation support or assist in identify suitable moderators based on the topic and required expertise.
• Support coordination of engagement activities involving diverse stakeholder groups. 

Documentation & Product Knowledge

• Document key discussion, outcomes and recommendations. 
• Prepared structured reports summarizing presentation, discussions, and follow up actions. 
• Develop concise brief highlighting key messages for decision makers. 
• Disseminate materials and support outreach, including media engagement or press release.
