Study, Pilot, and Learning

We support institutions, companies, and development organizations in designing, testing, and improving programs or policies. For new initiatives, we help design and implement pilot projects to test ideas before scaling up. This includes conducting baseline assessments, running pilot activities, analyzing results, and providing practical recommendations. 

We can also support the development of roadmaps for future scale-up. For existing programs, we provide monitoring and evaluation support to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. This includes developing indicators, conducting evaluations, and facilitating learning processes. We also help document lessons learned from implementation, including preparing learning reports or knowledge products. 

Preliminary & Feasibility Studies

  • We establish baseline assessments of conditions and challenges to identify goals and define opportunities in developing programs and policy interventions.
  • Evaluating programs and policies, considering technical feasibilities, operational capacity, institutional readiness, and potential pathways for scale-up.  
  • Assess institutional programs and map key stakeholders ensuring alignment with  objective and secure support for program implementation.  

Pilot Design and Implementation

  • Pilot program design and theory of change development, including defining objectives, target groups, implementation approaches, and developing theory of change to clarify pathways to impact and scale-up. 
  • Develop monitoring frameworks, including indicators, data collection methods, and tracking tools to assess pilot performance in order to generate high quality evidence for decision making. 
  • Providing technical support and coordination during pilot implementation, ensuring activities run smoothly and consistently. 

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning 

  • Develop and refining indicators and tracking tools to assess the performance of ongoing programs and policies. 
  • Conduct evaluation of existing programs to assess outcomes, effectiveness, and areas of improvements. 
  • Facilitate structured reflection sessions with stakeholders to review implementation experiences and identify areas for continuous improvements. 
  • Synthesising findings into lesson learned, recommendations, and knowledge to inform program refinement, scaling and future development. 

Deliverables

Baseline or feasibility studies, pilot implementation report, monitoring framework, evaluation, learning brief, and recommendation for program refinement or scale-up.
