Call Out to Join the CEST Team!

CEST (Collective for Climate, Environment & Sustainability) invites individuals passionate about learning, collaborating, and contributing through research to join our team.

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

  • Research Analyst

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  2. Develop findings, interpretations, and recommendations.
  3. Prepare research reports and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with team members and partners.
  5. Support the Business Development Division.

 

Qualifications: 

  •  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Forestry, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of research experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with project management applications is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, R, Python, or similar programs is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

  • Research Assistant

 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Support the implementation of research activities.
  2. Assist in data collection and management.
  3. Help with data analysis and report preparation.
  4. Document research activities and project administration.
  5. Support the Business Development Division.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with project management applications is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
